Description |
The election for the new Board members usually is held before the last day of class. Hence after the class is over, a picnic is needed to help the transition between old and new board members. Dean of Activity needs to prepare the following:
1. barbeque sets 2. food (marinated meat, salad, drinks, fruits, drinking water, etc.) 3. fun games for kids and adults |
