Description

Step 1: staff notifies his/her Dean verbally. The Dean will investigate the concern and respond to the staff in one month

 

Step 2: If the staff member feels the concern is not properly addressed, The staff member may file a "Concern Communication Form" and submit it to the HR Dept. HR Dept. will investigate the concern and communicate the result in writing to the staff member in one month.

 

Step 3: If the staff member still thinks the concern is not resolved satisfactorily, s/he can request a meeting with Principal via HR. The Principal and the Board will evaluate the concern and make a final resolution.
