Description |
-Liaison called the V.I.P. for each organization before sent out the invitation letters. -Liaison sent out the invitation letters to V.I.P. about 2 weeks before the Spring Performance date (V.I.P. name list was provided by BCS Advisor-Patrick Wong) -Liaison called the reporters of the individual newspapers & fax the Spring Performance information to the reporters about 10 days before the Performance date (Performance information was provided by Dean of Culture)

1. Called each V.I.P. organization to update the name & job title of each V.I.P. before sent out the invitation letters because some V.I.P. might no longer working for the same organization. 2. When called the newspaper for the press release, in case you might not find Mr. Tony Chang or Ms. Li, it 's better to ask the reporter who answered your phone for helping the press release instead waiting Tony Chang or Ms. Li to call you back. Also, you might find it 's easier for you to reach the reports in the afternoon or evening during their usual working hours.
