-Liaison called the V.I.P. for each organization before sent out the invitation letters.

-Liaison sent out the invitation letters to V.I.P. about 2 weeks before the Banquet date (V.I.P. name list was provided by BCS Principal)

1. Called each V.I.P. organization to update the name & job title of each V.I.P. before sending out the invitation letters because some V.I.P. might no longer working for the same organization.

2. Needed to attach a road map of the Chinese American Culture Center to the invitation letter for the V.I.P.

3. About 2 days before the Banquet, called the V.I.P, who had not called back for the RSVP, for reminding him/ her about the invitation of the Banquet.
