Description |
On the first school day, BCS needs to provide help to new parents who are not familiar with the school, new and old parents looking for the classrooms and parents who want to transfer their kids or drop out school or culture classes. Campus managers also need to make sure the classrooms are available. A well-planned job specification and personnel allocation is needed to ensure the first school day is run smoothly. Usually, the involved departments get together and go over the things BCS administrators can help. Before the school starts, a notice is mailed out to all parents informing them the date and time of the first school day, the student classroom and the school map. On the first school day, a classroom map, students name list by class and culture class list are posted at each campus. Each campus office should have a student list of the entire school. |

Recommend. |
1. Using the concept of MBO (Management By Objective) and let Dean of Registration be the coordinator. 2. For privacy reason, the posted student list should not include student's social security number, address and phone number. |
