Description |
Due to transfer out and drop out, not all students will return in the following school year. Therefore, class consolidation becomes necessary if BCS wants to be cost-effective. Of the classes in the same grade, which class will be split to merge to other classes? Usually, the class with minimum number of students will be split. The exceptions are: a class with many complaints in the last year from either the teacher or the parents.
When split the class, try to assign the same number of male and female students to the new classes. |
