BCS 20th Anniversary Celebration Team

This Team was formed to organize various events to celebrate BCS 20th Anniversary. The team lead is Oliver Wan. Its charter included the following:

1. To organize a 20th Anniversary / Teacher Banquet with invitations going to the current teachers, current board members, parent representatives, previous board members and many BCS friends. 
2. To organize the year 2000 graduation celebration.
3. To produce BCS 20th Anniversary year book.
4. To produce BCS 20th Anniversary CD, first in BCS history.

The core team is as follows:

• Advisory Committee - Ray Kwok, Jonathan Law, Albert Ko, Fook Wong, John Shieh
  o Define overall planning and direction.
  
• CEO, Chief Executive Officer In-Charge - Oliver Wan
  o Define details program and execute program as planned.
  
• Treasurer - Tracy Chang
  o Act as project financial advisor and accountant.
  
• 20th Anniversary Cerebration / Teacher Banquet Director - Jonathan Law
  o Coordinate all activities for the 20th Anniversary Cerebration / Teacher Banquet.
  
• CD Chief Architect - Pat Wong
  o Define, architect and produce BCS 20th Anniversary CD.
  
• Year Book Chief Editor - Frances Ho
  o Define and produce BCS 20th Anniversary Year Book.
  
• Resource Manager - Natalie Chang 
  o Locate facilities, equipment and manpower. Coordinate various guest lists.
  
• Awards Director - Jessica Kao
  o Define Teacher Appreciation awards and special recognition.
  
• Sales Manager - Kevin Chan
  o Fund raising, ticket sales, year book sales, CD sales and advertising.
  
• Special Report Producer - Fook Wong, 
  o Interview previous members and design special reports for Year book and CD.
  
• CTO, Technical Officer -  Simon Chu
  o Responsible for all audio & visual presentations editing, equipment & protocols..
  
• Year Book Publisher - Diana Kua 
  o Print year book, posters, flyers and advertisement.
  
• CD Publisher - Kevin Chan
  o Produce CD at a low cost.
  
• Other Dedicated Leaders - Celine Chan, Darryl Chan, Diana Dair, Susan Gee, Huey-Chiang Huang, Shaw-Shya Kao, Tulip Lai, Joanne Lau, Shirley Lee, Wendy Lee, Andy Tran, Yin-Fan Wong, C.M. Yung. and etc.
  o Working days and nights to make everything happened.
