The concept of a concerted fund raising effort came from then Activity Dean Chung-Yi Su in 1992. Prior to this program, BCS has an informal and not very well organized fund raising efforts. He consolidated all our fund raising effects to better our resources to augment BCS operation costs. Thanks to Chung-Yi Su's foresight and contribution to BCS, it has since bloomed and been a solid income for BCS. The followings are some of the original guidelines and order forms. |
